Two prenatal visits (25w and 35w) to discuss your birth preferences and prepare together.
Guidance and resources to help you feel informed and confident.
Phone, text, and email support from our first meeting through delivery.
Assistance in creating a birth plan that reflects your wishes.
Presence and support from onset of labor until baby has arrived.

All of the above offerings plus:
In home visit to check in on you and your baby, typically within 2 weeks of birth.
Phone, text, and email support for one month postpartum.
Referrals to trusted community resources when extra care is needed.
